Chloe’s First Birthday Cake and Cupcakes
Yesterday, my niece Chloe had her first birthday party! She is going to be one on 9/21 - wow, time flies!! Here is the mini-stacked cake and cupcakes I made for her party. The cake is actually violet (or periwinkle, as Emily insisted), but there was a blue cover over the party area, so there is a little blue cast to it all. The cake was 6″ on bottom, 3″ on top, and was strawberry. The cupcakes were chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, and had hand-formed (thanks to Emily) fondant hearts on top.
