Wilton Cake Decorating Classes
So, for the past 2 1/2 months I’ve been taking Wiltons Cake Decorating Class at Michaels (aka Daynah’s second home lol) It’s kind of tough, but really fun… and yummy! I’m doing course 3 right now… two more classes left of it and I “graduate”

Take a look at the cakes I’ve made! They’re pretty tacky because a lot of the icing I used was leftover from the weeks before and colors didn’t always match… And most was just practicing everything we learned… nothing was too thought out… I can’t wait til I have enough time to do a nice big cake! It’s a lot of fun… I’d like to take more classes maybe at a culinary or pastry school and go into business
